Voix singulière de la trompette Européenne, compositeur prolifique et original, Yoann Loustalot mène de front différents projets personnels et est aussi un sideman recherché pour sa sonorité unique et son inventivité mélodique. 

Yoann Loustalot a enregistré plus d’une dizaine d’albums en tant que leader ou co-leader et a participé à une quarantaine d’enregistrements.

Ses différents projets personnels ou collaborations  SLOW, LUCKY DOG, AEROPHONE, SLEEPER TRAIN, OLD AND NEW SONGS, GRAND SIX et aujourd’hui la création des fantastiques projets YÉTI ou OISEAU RARE sont les témoignages d’une créativité toujours en ébullition.

En 2022 Yoann joue dans la tournée française « Free » du légendaire Iggy Pop.

Récemment, il enregistre aussi aux côtés d’Aldo Romano l’album « Reborn » et de Daniel Humair « Drum Things » .

En décembre 2021, Yoann Loustalot est sélectionné dans les 5 meilleurs trompettistes de l’année par  Jazz Magazine.
